How Do You Say Still in Mandarin Chinese?

Hi everyone! Welcome back to learn Chinese Mandarin terms.

The word I am talking about today is “hái”(还). Usually, “hái”(还)means “still, more and yet”. It is often used before verb. Let us not beat around the bush and look at some examples.

Example:

  1. Nǐ hái yǒu qián ma?    

Do you still have more money?

 

  1. Hái yǒu fáng jiān ma?     Are there still any more rooms?

 

  1. i  yǒu dǎ zhé ma?        Any more discounts till now?
