摸鱼 mō yú   to loaf on the job; cyberslacking  lit. to feel fish by hands

摸鱼mō yú originally refers to the idiom  "浑水摸鱼 hún shuǐ mō yú" to fish in the muddy water. Now, it has a new meaning to describe a status that office workers are cyberslacking or cyberloafing. Specifically, it’s about doing something irrelevant to your work during office hours.
