Last week, one of our Mandarin teachers went to an Antique market with her friends. The unique pattern of a classical necklace from France got her attention. She thought about it for a long time as it was very expensive. She wandered off to see other things but couldn’t quite get that necklace out of her mind so she finally decided to go back and buy it. Her friends were quite surprised that she would spend that much on it. She really “ 大出血 dà chū xuè”
In Chinese, if you spend a lot of money on something, it is called “大出血".

Welcome to visit the website of New Concept Mandarin Shanghai! My name is Lisa Cui. After graduation with a MA degree in Applied Linguistics, I decided to become a Chinese teacher. I have been working as a Mandarin trainer for many years in both Suzhou and Shanghai. Now I am leading a team of 12 full-time Mandarin trainers in Shanghai to provide Chinese courses for Western people in Shanghai.

I come from Anhui province and graduated from the Anhui foreign languages college.before joining NCM,I had been a commercial representative in a Spanish exhibition company,which is located in Shanghai.
