  " New Concept Mandarin has well-structured courses. Starting with their survival level, I learned the basics of Mandarin, from introducing myself to ordering food and much more. Beside their interactive courses with well-prepared teachers, their course material offers different learning strategy for everybody. Audio CD, DVD and online courses help to deepen the language skills and to learn the right pronunciation, especially all the different and very important tones. I particularly used the phonetic table on their homepage to memorize the pinyin and speak out the right tones. After finishing the survival level, I'm using my Mandarin knowledge for basic conversations. I'm looking forward to learning more and to using my knowledge while traveling across China. "

• " I was using NCM's CD-ROM in the U.S. and I left it in my laptop. My company gave me a new laptop and took my old one with my CD in it. I was so upset when I realized that I left it in the U.S. because the CD is so helpful for improving my listening skills. I really appreciate it and use it everyday!

  I love studying Chinese because I have such a wonderful teacher and fantastic school. NCM is the best school I have experienced. I like studying Chinese more than Japanese because I love the Chinese characters.
