Your Immersion learning will be supported by a team of well trained, professional instructors and staff members. All instructors are native speakers, have university degrees, and have experience teaching Mandarin to foreigners. More importantly, they have participated in our in-house Train The Trainer Program (TTT) and got certified before starting to teach our program. In addition to their professional credentials, they are all selected for their abilities to keep students entertained and interested during the program.

	Virginia Yi Tak Wong  Virginia is from Hong Kong. She graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Bachelor's Degree in Global Supply Chain Management. Virginia teaches both Cantonese and Mandarin. Her previous job in shipping industry invloved daily communication with Mainland Chinese clients. Virginia was also being based in Mainland China for a period of time. Virginia likes swimming, trampoline and was a licensed lifeguard.
	Sandy Qi Pan  Sandy comes from Wuhan in Hubei province. She is an experience English teacher who loves to teach and enjoys working with her students very much. Sandy is interested in western culture enjoys discovering western culture through her students and sharing everything about the ancient Chinese culture with them. Her students can enjoy her help not only inside the classroom but also outside the classroom in the real world. Sandy likes to go shopping, travelling and doing sports in her free time.
	Kathy Zhao  Nihao, wo shi Kathy (Hello, I am Kathy). I am from Suzhou and now working in NCM Suzhou office. My education background of English language provides me with good skills to communicate with people form different cultures. I enjoy a lot the time with my students. The classroom is like a stage where we share our knowledge, experience and cultures. Language helps us to better understand each other. Language makes the world smaller and makes our mind broader. 	Shirley Xin Sun  Nihao, I'm Shriely Sun. I'm a trainer based in Suzhou. I received my Bachelor in Nanjing Normal University and then worked in an English training center. Long time of English teaching experience has made me full of precision and patience. I feel happy to see the progress of students especially when they told me the experience communicating with Chinese people and how to show their Mandarin among their friends. I really enjoy the time with students because we could share a lot of knowledge and fun together.
	Kokko Shi  Hello, hello! Wo shi kokko. Wo shi suzhou ren.(I am kokko. I am a suzhou local.) I worked as an English teacher before I become a full time teacher here in NCM. I really enjoy teaching while learning from my students. I find it gives me a kind of special joy teaching foreigners Mandarin. I feel proud that I can also tell foreigners Chinese culture. What I want is not just let you "survive", but also enjoy the life in China. In my class, you will find learning interesting and easy.
	Isabelle Lu  Nihao, woshi Isabelle. (Hi, I am Isabelle.) I graduated from Suzhou University majoring in English Education. I like traveling and reading. Now Chinese is becoming more and more important and there are more and more people learning it. I enjoy teaching and I feel happy to see my students making progress in their Chinese. 	Maggie Jing Yang  Maggie comes from Lanzhou in Gansu province where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature at Lanzhuo Jiaotong University. Her time at university and her experience as an English teacher were where she acquired a good understanding of languages and developed the passion for teaching her students now see in her lessons. She believes that getting students to apply what they learned in the classroom is one of the toughest challenges as a teacher, but this is also her biggest achievement when she gets her students communicating with the local people. Maggie spends her free time blogging, watching movies and listening to music.
	Chloe Zhi Wen Lu  Nihao, wo shi Chloe. (Hello, I am Chloe.) I am originally from Hunan province, where I graduated from Business College majoring in English. I worked as a full-time teacher for New Concept Mandarin in Guangzhou and Suzhou before and now in Beijing. I like travelling, reading and playing basketball. I also enjoy making new friends from different countries. So, go for “slam dunk” and I wish you have good time in China.
	Margaret Qian Huang  Nihao, wo shi Maggie. I taught in Nanjing before and now am based in Shanghai. I received my Bachelor in Southeast University and then worked for an international company as a trainer. Four years of English teaching experience has made me full of passion and patience. I’m happy to see the progress of students especially their confidence to communicate with local people. Let's share the happiness in Mandarin learning!
	Leann Lai Ying Kwan  Leann is originally from Fujian. She graduated from Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical & Automation Engineering. She went to US to further her study and it was there that she had developed a keen interest in teaching Mandarin. Leann likes reading, swimming and singing.
	Becky Ling Fu  Hi, I am Becky. I majored in International Business during my university studies, but I became more interested in teaching after graduation and joined New Concept Mandarin 4 years ago. I enjoy teaching Mandarin and meeting people from all over the world who come to study Chinese with us in Shenzhen. I learnt much about teaching Mandarin here and also different cultures from my students. it makes me feel so proud to see my students' Chinese knowledge develop from knowing nothing to becoming fluent.
	Yeping Yu  Yeping is originally from Beijing. She graduated from Beijing Science and Technology Institute with a Bachelor's Degree in Science. Before joining NCM, Yeping had been as a trainer in Nokia Beijing office. Yeping likes music, movies and traveling.
	Elaine Ying Zhang  Hi, I'm Elaine from Tianjin. I have worked in both Nanjing and Suzhou braches, and now I am working in Beijing. I'm patient, considerate and creative. I like to communicate with students from different areas and discuss about the cultural differences. My class is knowledgeable as well as interesting and relaxing. I have taught various modules including immersion, group and private in different levels. I'm enjoying my work and I like all the students.
	Bonnie Yin Gao  Hello, wo shi Bonnie. (Hi, I am Bonnie.) I was majored in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language. Before coming to Suzhou, I was living in Harbin, where it is a beautiful place. I like traveling, taking photos and watching movies. I'm glad to work as a teacher in New Concept Mandarin, and I wish you will have a wonderful class with us in the future.
	Angela Jia Liu  Angela is originally from Beijing. She graduated from People's University of China with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Angela's accounting and finance background is an added value for her to teach Mandarin to business executives, especially those who work in financial institutions. Angela likes tea art, cooking and reading.
	Barbara Fang Ba  Barbara is originally from Beijing. She graduated from Hebei University with a Bachelor's Degree in English Studies and International Business and Economics. Before joining NCM, Barbara was an English teacher at The University of International Business & Economics, Beijing. Barbara likes movies and camping.
	Chen Chen  Chen is originally from Beijing. She graduated from French Business School with a Post-Graduate Degree in International Financial Management. Before joining NCM, Chen had worked in finance and internal audit for many years both in France and Mainland China. Chen likes movies, skiing, diving and traveling.
	Beryl Bai  Beryl Bai‘s hometown is Xi’ning in Qinghai province. Beryl graduated from Renmin University of China in Beijing, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. She used to volunteer as a teacher for migrant worker’s children during her university. This was when she discovered her passion for teaching. Beryl thinks of teaching as a calling, not only a job. She is constantly researching and pursuing new ideas for the benefit of her students’ study results. As a teacher she wants to inspire students rather than just tutoring them. In her spare time, Beryl likes to read Psychology books, listen to traditional Chinese Guzheng music.
	Lynn LL Zhang  Lynn is from Hubei province, and has stayed in Guangzhou for 6 years. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, she worked as a college English teacher as well as a part-time interpreter. She found that teaching is a process of self-fulfilment and communicating with people from different cultures are wonderful experiences. She believes that a good teacher can explain a profound study by a useful simplification in everyday language and she does this in her lessons. Lynn loves fashion, pop music and travelling in her spare time.
	Joeie Tong  Joeie is originally from Hainan. She graduated from University of Canberra with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. She also has a Certificate in Child Psychology. Before joining NCM, Joeie worked in the fields of marketing, advertising and training. She enjoys teaching and likes hiking, swimming, cycling, dancing and reading in her leisure time.
	Carmen Ka Man Wong  Carmen is originally from Guangdong. She graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Physics and minor in Marketing. Carmen has obtained the Mandarin Trainer Certification from Hong Kong Baptist University. Carmen teaches both Mandarin and Cantonese. Carmen likes reading and music.
	Vivian Gu  Vivian was born and raised in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. She has been teaching English in Middle School for almost two years and has started to teach Mandarin for foreigners. Her working experience in teaching with foreign teachers enabled her to communicate with people of different cultures and background all the time, which would also be valuable for her teaching Mandarin. Vivian’s friendly and patient personality encourages her students to express themselves freely in class. Her teaching style is well received by her students.
	Amy Huang  Amy Huang comes from Yixing in Jiangsu province.She completed her Bachelor’s degree in teaching Chinese as a second language.Her education background and her experience as a mandarin teacher increase the understanding of language and the passion for teaching. It’s her enjoyment to help the students to live more conveniently in China.She would like to share not only the language but also Chinese culture with the students.In her spare time Amy spends her time reading and watching movies.
	Stefanie Wu  Hi, I'm Stefanie from Nantong, a city in east Jiangsu Province. I received my Bachelor degree in Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology majoring in English. Great time at university with foreign teachers and the experience as both English and Chinese tutors for several kids developed my passion and patience for teaching. Now I am working in NCM Nanjing. I enjoy teaching very much, which gives me sense of satisfaction when the students told me they were so happy that they could talk to native Chinese. It is also great to talk about or learn different culture from the students, especially in group class. NCM gives the joy of learning language to students, let's share the joy.
	Wing Fu  Ni hao, I'm Wing from Nanjing. I received my Bachelor Degree of Business English in Beijing. I feel really proud when my students say they can understand Chinese better and better. But I also want to teach more than just survival words. I like reading, especially history books. So in my class, students can learn many historical stories about the background of the words and Chinese culture. Hopefully these stories can help my students understand China better.
	Luisa Deng  Luisa Deng graduated from the Sun Yat-Sen University, where she acquired a good command of English and experience of teaching Chinese as a second language. She is especially interested in Chinese culture and how to help students learn Chinese in an effective and interesting way. As a teacher, she has a goal to become an excellent Chinese teacher to foreigners, and as a person, she loves engaging in a variety of activities, such as travelling, dancing, volunteer work and so forth.
	Stephanie Gu  Stephanie completed her bachelor's degree in Technical English at Zhengzhou University, where she acquired good knowlege of both Mandarin and English languages. She was an English trainer before she worked in New Concept Mandarin. She loves teaching and therefore, she puts all her passion in her class and she is happy and proud to see her students improving their Mandarin each time.
