Nihao, wo shi Esther. (Hello, I’m Esther.) I was born in mid China’s Henan province, known as the cradle of Chinese civilization. I graduated from Tianjin Normal University with a major in broadcasting and a minor in English. I began my career in NCM’s Beijing Center and have relocated to the Guangzhou Center where my colleagues and I meet with our students to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable teaching/learning environment. One of my goals is to help our students learn Mandarin in the most effective and efficient manner utilizing NCM’s proven teaching methodology. In the classroom I combine my enthusiasm for students’ success and my knowledge of the language and customs of this country to achieve this goal.
